Role Overview
We are seeking a
Tourism Specialist
with expertise in international travel, particularly across the Asian continent. The ideal candidate will have strong destination knowledge, an eye for crafting memorable travel experiences, and the ability to manage end-to-end tour operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and sell customized
domestic & international holiday packages - Conduct
destination research
and create engaging itineraries - Build and maintain
strong client relationships
, handling queries and providing travel solutions - Collaborate with
DMCs, hotels, airlines, and local partners
to ensure smooth operations - Promote tourism offerings through
sales strategies, presentations, and digital platforms - Monitor
market trends and competitor offerings
to enhance packages - Achieve
sales targets
while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business - Support in
tourism development projects
, focusing on sustainable and cultural tourism initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in
travel, tourism, or hospitality industry
(sales + operations) - Strong knowledge of destinations, itineraries, and tourism trends
- Excellent
communication, negotiation, and customer service skills - Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Office, and itinerary planning software - Graduate degree in
Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
preferred - Fluency in English; knowledge of Asian languages will be a plus.
