Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to understand holiday requirements for Long Haul & Short Haul Destinations (Europe, Nordic Region, Australia and New Zealand, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand).
  • Design a customized itinerary based on customers' requirements.
  • Able to convince customers and deliver assigned sales targets consistently.
  • Pro-actively identify new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Represent company values while speaking to customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Working with cross-functional teams like Ops, product and supply to achieve organizational goals.
