1. Travel Sales Consultant
Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram (Work from Office)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in UK Travel Sales
Only candidates with prior experience in UK travel sales and excellent communication skills will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers and assist with flight, hotel, car rental, and holiday bookings.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales by offering the best travel solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of global geography, including USA, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to book accurate and cost-effective travel itineraries using GDS.
- Passionate about travel and customer service with a strong sales-driven mindset.
Preferred Profile:
- 1–2 years of experience in international travel sales (UK process).
- Proficient in GDS systems: Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
- In-depth understanding of airfares, routes, and booking procedures.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- High energy and a goal-oriented attitude.
