Job Summary: With the objective to enhance revenue and the company's market presence, the Sales & Business Development Executive is essential. In order to meet sales goals, this dynamic role must find new customers, cultivate existing ones, and close commitments. In order to promote sustainable growth, the person in this position will also be in charge of developing and executing strategic business development projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
● Identify and research particular markets and prospective customers.
● Create leads via a variety of methods, including cold calling, networking, and research on the internet.
● Create and preserve a solid relationship with both current and future customers.
● Recognize the demands of your clients and provide ways to fulfill them.
● In order to ensure customer retention and satisfaction, deliver outstanding customer service. ● Provide product demos and sales presentations to highlight the company's offerings.
● Develop and present offers, work out terms, and seal the deal.
● To determine trends, the competitive environment, and commercial prospects, conduct market research.
● For success in achieving corporate goals, create and execute efficient sales tactics.
● To ensure smooth customer experiences and strategy coordination, communicate closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams.
● Give market feedback to improve the product or service.
● Keep thorough records of all sales operations, prospects, and customer communications.
● For management evaluation, prepare periodical reports on sales performance and market trends.
● Find and capture the opportunity for company expansion, alliances, and strategic partnerships.
● Take part in conferences, industry events, and social events to increase the company's exposure
Qualification:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MBA in Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum experience of 2 years in sales and business development in IT Sector.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
● Adaptability and willingness to learn about new industries and technologies.
● Self-motivated and driven.
● Strategic thinker with a proactive approach.
● Strong ability to manage time and operate in a fast-paced setting.
● Working : weekly 5 Days Work Mode: Work from Office @Pune location
