Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located for one state ( Currently available opportunities in (Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Maharastra, Karnataka )for a Cluster Sales Lead - Affordable Housing. The Cluster Sales Lead will oversee the sales team, generate and manage sales leads, train and mentor sales staff, and ensure a high standard of customer service. The role also involves managing sales targets, developing strategies to meet sales goals, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. This role requires travel to key locations with in a state for geo-expansion and regular business management.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with affordable housing finance and lending practices is a plus
  • High level of motivation and ability to work under pressure
