We're Hiring: Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Projects

Location: Pune | On-site | Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our Solar EPC Project Sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key client accounts, leading a high-performing sales team, and closing large-scale solar EPC contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve EPC solar project targets
  • Identify and acquire commercial and industrial clients
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process including proposals, negotiations, and deal closures
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve performance excellence

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in Solar EPC project sales, with a demonstrated history of successfully closing large-scale solar projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing large EPC projects
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of the solar EPC market, industry trends, and relevant policies
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities
