Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Area Sales Manager (Sr ASM). The Sr ASM will be responsible for managing sales activities, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sr ASM will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a sales team to drive performance and growth.

  • Sales Management and Leadership experience
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
