Job Title: Retail Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

  2. Greet and assist customers in selecting diamond jewellery pieces.

  3. Provide detailed information about diamond quality, certification, and pricing.

  4. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

  5. Sales:

  6. Meet and exceed sales targets.

  7. Identify customer needs and showcase relevant diamond jewellery pieces.

  8. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

  9. Product Knowledge:

  10. Stay up-to-date with knowledge of diamond jewellery, including 4Cs (carat, color, clarity, cut).

  11. Understand and communicate the value proposition of our diamond jewellery pieces.

  12. Store Operations:

  13. Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards.

  14. Process transactions and handle customer payments.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prior experience in retail sales (jewellery industry experience a plus)

  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of diamond jewellery

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
