We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at Ernakulam, Kerala. This full-time, mid-level role is ideal for professionals with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience of 4-6 years in a retail operations management role within a high-volume retail environment.
• Exceptional retail operations expertise (Mandatory skill) required to efficiently oversee day-to-day store functions and ensure operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability in sales planning, implementing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets consistently.
• Strong team leadership skills, with experience in leading, motivating, and developing store teams to maximize their potential and performance.
• Excellent customer service abilities, understanding customer needs, delivering personalized experiences, and resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Proficient in shrinkage control, ensuring loss prevention through robust inventory and process management methods.
• Capability to conduct staff training, facilitating team development and maintaining high service standards through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges and drive team collaboration.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring the highest standards in merchandising, inventory, and customer service are consistently maintained.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets, maximizing store profitability.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of store associates, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
• Manage daily operational activities including stock management, shrinkage control, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive engagement, problem resolution, and effective feedback management.
• Analyze sales trends and store performance data to make informed business decisions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to company standards in visual merchandising and maintain optimal store presentation at all times.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention measures, ensuring assets and inventory are protected from shrinkage and theft.
