Job Overview

BBP India Communication is looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Manager to support our retail operations and channel development initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in store management, sales performance, partner engagement, and retail expansion ideal for an MBA fresher or early-career professional passionate about retail, marketing, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of retail outlets to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Implement visual merchandising standards and execute in-store promotions to boost sales.
  • Oversee inventory, billing, and stock replenishment.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for campaigns and supply management.

Channel Development:

  • Identify potential retail partners, franchisees, or distributors in target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Support partners with marketing materials, product training, and sales activities.
  • Collect and analyze market and partner feedback to identify business opportunities.
  • Track competitor activity and suggest effective market expansion strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBA in Marketing, Retail, or Business Management.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in retail, channel sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Passionate about retail, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Willingness to travel for market visits and partner meetings.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced retail environment.
