Advertising Sales Manager, Nordics

Job Description

Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company Were looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Manager to join our growing team in Amsterdam. In this role, youll play a key part in expanding our footprint in the Nordics markets, acquiring and managing relationships with top-tier advertisers and agencies. As one of our first local hires in the Netherlands, youll drive new business, shape strategy, and be instrumental in positioning Taboola as a leader in performance advertising for the open web.

To thrive in this role, youll need:

• Fluent / business proficient in English, plus Swedish or Dutch.
• Proven experience in advertising sales, especially performance-based and digital media and agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch to close.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of the Nordics advertising landscape, agency ecosystem and strong network.
• Existing network of advertiser and agency contacts in the Netherlands.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience representing a tech or media company at industry events and conferences.
• Proficiency in Dutch (nice to have) at a native or professional proficiency level.

• Developing tailored, customer-centric sales strategies for top brands and agencies.
• Presenting Taboolas performance advertising solutions to meet client objectives and deliver ROI.
• Leading negotiations and closing high-value contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Representing Taboola at industry events, building brand visibility and thought leadership in the market.
