Sales Manager (Infrastructure) Role Summary: The Sales Manager – Infrastructure will be responsible for identifying, connecting, and partnering with building owners across Kerala to establish them as infrastructure partners for Talrop's Village Park projects. The role involves extensive travel, site visits, client interactions, and end-to-end management of the infrastructure partnership process to support the company's expansion objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential building owners across Kerala to develop infrastructure partnerships for Village Parks. Conduct site visits and evaluate the suitability of locations for Village Park development. Negotiate partnership terms and build long-term relationships with infrastructure partners. Coordinate with internal teams to align infrastructure partnerships with project requirements and timelines. Manage and oversee the entire partnership process from initial contact to final agreement. Prepare and present proposals, partnership documents, and relevant reports to management. Represent Talrop professionally during meetings, discussions, and partnership negotiations. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or infrastructure-related roles. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively and relocate anywhere within Kerala as required. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders. Self-motivated, confident, and capable of working independently in dynamic environments. Proficiency in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
