Description

The ServiceNow HRSD Administrator will perform software application configuration, development and implementation on one or more computing platforms, with a primary focus on Burns & McDonnell's ServiceNow instance. This role will provide analysis of potential solutions and develop recommendations.

  • Support the design, build and implementation of enhancements in the HR Service Deliver Module (HRSD).
  • Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Document system processes, configurations, and procedures.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure system compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Research and design solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Maintain programming, documentation, development, and project methodology standards.
  • Perform testing and debug programs throughout the application development process.
  • Serve as Technical expert of the HR ServiceNow platform.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to maintain code quality.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize system functionality and workflows.
  • Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering or related field and 4 years required.
  • Agile Development experience preferred.
  • Experience with the HRSD module of ServiceNow.
  • Strong knowledge in programming languages and coding principles and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PPT).
  • Ability to obtain applicable certifications.
