We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient professional with hands-on experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) process within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and converting EDI transactions, ensuring seamless data flow between internal systems and external trading partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • EDI Transaction Processing: Experience of handling and monitor EDI transaction types:
  • 850, 860 ,855 ,810 ,856 ,940, 997.
  • Raw EDI Segment Interpretation: Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot raw EDI files and segments (e.g., ISA, GS, ST, SE, etc.). Understand the structure and logic of EDI messages to identify errors, mismatches, or missing data.
  • SCM Process Flow Understanding: Strong grasp of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Process: Order management, shipping, invoicing, reconciliation, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with EDI tools and platforms (e.g., IBM Sterling, Seeburger, SPS Commerce, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ANSI X12 standards and EDI segments
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with Clients and warehouse team
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Willing to work in Night shift & Rotational shift timings
