Profile Description:

Shipskart is hiring a dedicated Operations Executive to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will manage order deliveries, handle RFQs, support sales/BD, and ensure smooth operations while following SOPs and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle order deliveries and submit daily reports

  • Manage RFQs, customer queries & complaints (24/7 availability)

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction (Target NPS ≥ 70%)

  • Follow SOPs, port & local regulations

  • Support sales & BD teams with new customer development

  • Manage purchasing & provide accurate quotations

  • Operate via Shipskart platform as per SOPs

  • Review, compare, analyze & approve products/services for purchasing

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate with 3+ years' experience in procurement/warehouse operations

  • Experience in FMCG (groceries, frozen food, etc.) sector

  • Good communication skills (should be able to converse in Hindi too)

  • Preference to candidates from the shipping industry

  • Strong vendor & client relationship management skills

  • Excellent time management abilities
