The Role

As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world.

There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two projects are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. You'll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Having 5+ Years of experience in ServiceNow, O365 products, Desktop Applications, Basic MAC support, Network Connectivity ( basic, wifi, internet)

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

• Candidates with neutral accent preferred

• Excellent Problem-Solving Skills

• Excellent Technical Knowledge

• Able to manage / influence VIP customers

• Customer focused

• Basic Business Etiquette

• Clear understanding of Remote Infrastructure Management (RIM)

• Preferably good knowledge of network

• Awareness of working culture for all geographies

•  Min 12 months of Experience

• Minimum one relevant certification such as A+ / Comp-TIA/ITIL/ MCSA/CCNA or any equivalent

• certification within 6 months from the time resource is on boarded into theproject

• Maintain Min TCSAT score of 4.0 during BAU Operations

• Skills Validation will be enabled at all skill levels for New Hires and assessment score will be shared with CUSTOMER Nominated SPOC on quarterly basis up to 2 Quarters

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)

• Vulnerability management

• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services
