Job Description

WERE HIRING MARKETING INTERN

Location: On-site Noida (Delhi NCR)

Joining: Immediate

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend: Competitive

Qualification: Graduate or currently pursuing graduation in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field

Requirements:

01 year of experience (freshers are welcome) in marketing, social media management,

or related fields.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts, digital campaigns, and content creation.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with design tools (Canva,

Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across social media

platforms.

Support the marketing team in developing content (posts, reels, blogs, newsletters, etc.).

Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activities, and audience

preferences.

Help manage the companys social media presence and engage with the audience.

Coordinate with vendors, event organizers, and internal teams for marketing activities.

Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports.

Support in organizing and representing Global Scholar at educational fairs, exhibitions,

and outreach events.

The scope of work is not limited to the duties mentioned here and may include other

responsibilities assigned from time to time.
