Overview:

Omnia Lifestyle Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced
Marketing Lead

to spearhead marketing efforts globally across digital, offline, and partnership channels. We are hiring in India to build the brand's presence and performance from the ground up. You will be the architect of Omnia's global marketing engine, helping launch new wellness services, manage digital channels, develop partnerships, and pilot marketing systems that integrate Agentic AI tools for scale and precision.

Omnia's approach is to offer a whole range of therapy options from traditional modalities like Acupuncture & Ayurveda, to conventional treatments like Manual Therapy to state-of-art treatments like Compression Therapy & Photobiomodulation to provide meaningful and holistic pain relief. We do this by combining these therapies with lifestyle programmes and health screening.

This role is ideal for someone with a BTech + MBA, strong digital marketing fundamentals, and a natural flair for growth hacking, storytelling, and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and partnership channels.
  • Own and optimise full-funnel performance (awareness → conversion → loyalty).
  • Use AI-driven tools (e.g., predictive analytics, smart CRMs, automated campaign builders) to enhance outcomes.

2. AI-Enabled Digital Marketing

  • Experiment with and implement Agentic AI platforms for content generation, A/B testing, campaign automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Continuously evaluate tools and platforms (e.g., Jasper, HubSpot AI, , Retool) to accelerate performance and reduce CAC.

3. Omnichannel Brand Building

  • Establish and evolve Omnia's presence across social media, SEO, email, and paid media.
  • Drive content strategy and oversee production of brand-aligned marketing assets.
  • Maintain a consistent visual identity and voice across all platforms.

4. Website & SEO Management

  • Own the website roadmap—design, UX, performance, and content.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and search data to drive organic visibility.
  • Implement conversion rate optimisation strategies.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Support

  • Identify and prepare pitch for relevant partners (corporates, wellness influencers, health techs).
  • Collaborate on co-branded campaigns and wellness activations.
  • Prepare decks, present proposals, and follow through on execution.

6. CRM, Reviews & Customer Intelligence

  • Set up and manage CRM pipelines and lead tracking systems.
  • Monitor reviews across Google, Trustpilot, Practo, etc., and implement review campaigns.
  • Build customer segments based on behavioural and demographic insights.

7. Events & Brand Experiences

  • Organise and market experiential activations, pop-ups, and collaborations with wellness and tech communities.
  • Manage logistics, vendors, and post-event analysis.

8. Market Intelligence

  • Conduct research on consumer trends, industry benchmarks, competitor activity, and tech innovations.
  • Translate insights into strategic recommendations.

Preferred Profile:

  • Education:

BTech + MBA (Marketing/Strategy/Tech Management preferred).
- Experience:

3–5 years in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment (wellness, tech, healthcare, consumer brands, or AI startups).
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling marketing engines using digital and AI-powered tools.
- Passion for wellness, human optimisation, and the future of health.
- Proficient in tools such as: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Figma, HubSpot, SEMrush, Zapier, Notion, ChatGPT/Claude, etc.
- Bonus: Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or no-code/low-code marketing stacks.
