Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with product objectives and customer needs.
  • Design and implement innovative solutions using Facets-Technical expertise to enhance product functionality and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring seamless integration and deployment of product features.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of product enhancements to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features processes and best practices.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of product goals and requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the Payer domain to inform product development strategies.
  • Lead training sessions and workshops to educate team members and stakeholders on product functionalities and updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotion and customer engagement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development activities.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Facets-Technical with proven experience in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Display a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with the latest technological advancements.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with a preference for candidates with advanced certifications.
