Job Summary

As a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with expertise in Facets-Technical and Payer domain you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Your contributions will directly impact our companys growth and improve healthcare services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and enhancement of Facets-Technical solutions to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of Facets with other systems ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain guiding the team in implementing best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Facets ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Facets-Technical processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members and stakeholders to enhance their understanding of Facets-Technical functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions and services.
  • Support the product management team in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the capabilities of Facets-Technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team. Qualifications
  • Possess a strong background in Facets-Technical with a deep understanding of its functionalities and configurations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in the Payer domain with a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model effectively collaborating with remote and onsite teams.
  • Show proficiency in technical documentation and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Display strong communication skills capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hold a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.
