Role : SAP Vistex Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Vistex Consultant to drive the implementation, configuration, and support of Vistex solutions integrated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Vistex modules related to Incentive Administration, Pricing, or Rebate Management and will be crucial in optimizing our commercial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration : Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout of Vistex solutions, specifically configuring and customizing modules like Billbacks, Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, or Sales Incentives (IP/DM/CM).
  • Business Process Alignment : Analyze complex business requirements related to pricing, incentives, and contract management, and translate them into effective Vistex functional specifications and solutions.
  • Integration : Ensure seamless integration between Vistex and core SAP modules, primarily SD (Sales and Distribution) and FI/CO (Finance and Controlling), including document flow and financial settlement.
  • Master Data Management : Define and configure Vistex master data objects such as agreements, participants, rules, and conditions.
  • Testing : Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
  • Support & Documentation : Provide post-go-live support, resolve production issues, and create comprehensive documentation (BBP, configuration guides, test scripts).
  • Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams (ABAP), and other functional consultants.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience as an SAP Vistex Consultant.
  • Mandatory expertise in at least one major Vistex domain : Incentive Processing (IP) / Paybacks and Chargebacks (DM/CM), or Data Maintenance.
  • Proven functional knowledge of SAP SD processes, especially pricing and condition techniques, as they relate to Vistex integration.
  • Experience with Vistex formulas, pricing routines, and calculation runs.
  • Excellent understanding of the financial posting and settlement processes within Vistex.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to manage the full project lifecycle from Blueprint to Go-Live and hypercare.

Interview Process
The selection process will consist of two virtual interview rounds, focusing on deep technical and functional knowledge of Vistex modules, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
