Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated
Team Lead – Collections

to manage and guide a team of recovery agents. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in collections, the ability to drive performance, and the leadership skills to manage KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Role Requirements

  • 2–5 years of
    collections / recovery experience
  • Strong background to drive
    home loan, credit card, personal loan, or vehicle loan collections
  • Track call center performance throughout the day and drive collection targets' achievement
  • Manage client relationships and oversee client reporting
  • Preferable:

DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification
- (If not certified, we can consider candidates with relevant prior experience.)
- Fluent in
Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and English
- Proficiency in
Excel, CRM tools
- Ability to handle targets, performance, and escalations
- Comfortable working from office (BTM 2nd Stage)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of telecallers in the collections process
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met
  • Mentor agents on communication, objection handling, and negotiation
  • Monitor call quality, performance metrics, and productivity
  • Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly
  • Handle escalations and coordinate with internal stakeholders
  • Drive consistent recovery performance through coaching and process improvement
