Our platform unifies legal, field, and digital recovery operations, transforming how banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and fin-techs manage overdue accounts, especially in secured lending.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly driven, detail-oriented professional to lead our dialer operations, oversee real-time MIS reporting, and manage a dynamic team of 25–30 tele-callers.This is a high-responsibility role at the intersection of operations, analytics, and people management – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to make a measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDialer Operations- Manage and optimize daily dialer system performance (Ozonetel/Exotel or similar). - Configure call flows, campaigns, and agent allocations. - Monitor uptime, connectivity, and productivity; troubleshoot issues promptly.MIS & Analytics- Build structured dashboards and reports for real-time tracking. - Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to stakeholders. - Ensure accuracy, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.Team Leadership- Lead and mentor a team of 25–30 tele-callers. - Drive daily targets, SOP adherence, and call quality. - Provide coaching, feedback, and resolve escalations.Cross-Team Collaboration- Work closely with recovery managers, product, field, and legal teams. - Support ad-hoc reporting and management requests.Ideal Profile- Minimum 3 years of experience in dialer operations and MIS reporting (preferably Ozonetel/Exotel). - Hands-on experience managing call center teams in high-volume environments. - Strong background in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and analytics. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. - Proficiency in Kannada & English, additional languages are preferred but not mandatory. - Startup mindset – hands-on, adaptable, and execution-driven.Why Join Us- Competitive compensation and incentive structure. - Tech-enabled, automation-first workflows. - Fast-track career growth with ownership and visibility.Apply now to join Resollect and help build the future of collections
