We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Operations Manager (Legal Compliance)
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and vetting of legal and compliance KYC documents for onboarding.
- Participate in and/or manage the day-to-day operational aspects of Compliance matters related to (a) AML/CTF, including KYC Operations.
- Build working relationships and engage closely with senior management from the Legal Practices as well as the Allied Professionals of the Organization.
- Conduct periodic internal reviews to ensure that Compliance procedures are followed.
- Ability to manage inter function coordination.
- Should have the ability to develop and generate ideas with respect to process development & refining.
- Lead and manage the KYC team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to enhance and update KYC processes as needed.
- Collaborate with technology teams to enhance KYC automation and efficiency.
Candidate Profile:
- LLB/commerce graduate with strong academic background.
- Excellent business communication skills, email writing, well conversant with MS Excel.
- Strong judgment skills for interpretation of screening adverse news Strong Analytical skills to spot trends and patterns.
- Candidate must have experience in working on digital platforms.
- Must be solution oriented.
- Must have strong analytical skills.
Location: This position is based in Gurugram, India.
