The Center Manager oversees a range of key administrative responsibilities.
Events and PromotionsThey review events, promotions, and local advertising initiatives in consultation with the Zonal head and Corporate approval. Unique packages are formulated to match various budgets to create awareness about VLCC as a slimming, beauty, fitness, and wellness brand.
Centre Level MarketingThe Center Manager ensures that data on Centre level Marketing initiatives is collated and analyzed, and sent to the Head Marketing, Corporate, and Regional VP Operations for further action.
Team Operations and PerformanceThey oversee monthly centre operations to bring down non-essential overhead costs without impacting quality of service.
Staff Management and GrievancesThe Center Manager helps settle personnel grievances through rational and open meetings or personal discretion.
Maintenance and InspectionsThey inspect the centre to ensure upkeep is as per standard norms, hygiene and sanitation conditions are par excellence, and machines are in working order.
Recommendations and RenovationThe Center Manager puts forth recommendations to the corporate office for centre renovation, relocation, termination of manpower, and closure of certain sections of centre.
