Position: General Manager – Lead Liaisoning
Location: Gujarat
Reporting To: Plant Head
Experience: 20+ Years
Role Overview:
Responsible for leading all liaisoning, legal, and compliance activities with government authorities, local bodies, and regulatory agencies across Gujarat. The role requires strong government relations, legal knowledge, and community engagement skills to ensure smooth plant operations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government, legal, and regulatory bodies for approvals and compliance.
- Represent company before authorities on legal, land, and statutory matters.
- Manage land-related issues, lease renewals, and documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with local leaders and communities.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Law, Public Administration, or related field.
- 20+ years' experience in liaisoning or corporate affairs (manufacturing preferred).
- Strong network with government officials and regulatory agencies in Gujarat.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
