About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online business in the FMCG sector. The role involves handling leading marketplaces, driving digital sales, managing promotions, and ensuring seamless customer experience across ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of FMCG ecommerce business across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, etc.).
  • Develop & implement strategies to increase sales, visibility, and profitability on online platforms.
  • Handle product listings, pricing, content optimization, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for online brand visibility, SEO/SEM, and paid campaigns.
  • Work closely with supply chain & warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing & on-time delivery.
  • Monitor consumer trends, category performance & competitor activity within FMCG ecommerce.
  • Manage marketplace relationships and resolve escalations related to listings, returns, or logistics.
  • Track KPIs and prepare sales reports, analyzing revenue, conversions, and growth opportunities.
  • Forecast demand and manage inventory for ecommerce channels.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of FMCG ecommerce ecosystem and consumer buying behavior.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, JioMart, BigBasket, Blinkit etc.
  • Knowledge of ecommerce analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel dashboards).
  • Expertise in catalog management, digital merchandising & promotional strategy.
  • Strong coordination skills with supply chain, marketing, and marketplace teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 6 to 10 of proven experience in Ecommerce management for FMCG / Consumer Goods brands.
