  • Collaboration and strategy:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and define job requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth plans and future needs.

  • Full-cycle recruitment management:

  • Manage the entire hiring process, from initial sourcing to the final offer and onboarding.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and assessments, ensuring a smooth process for both the candidate and the company.

  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

  • Employer branding and pipeline building:

  • Actively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles.

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts by participating in job fairs or other recruitment events to attract talent.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the Indian job market.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various interview formats.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and market trends.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and data to improve efficiency.
