Product Manager / Business Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle—from strategy and roadmap planning to execution and launch. The ideal candidate has a blend of business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset,

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management: roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, Agile execution, and cross-functional collaboration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives and customer needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and validate assumptions.
• Define, refine, and prioritize product features using customer feedback, data insights, and business strategy.
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Work closely with engineering to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and alignment with roadmap goals.
• Drive product launches in collaboration with marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless translation of business requirements into solutions.
• Introduce new product ideas and dimensions to enhance the platform's value proposition.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within software development.
• Strong analytical knowledge and sharp common sense, with the ability to cut through complexity and make practical, data-backed decisions.
• Excellent articulation, communication, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to validate business requirements and prioritize effectively.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools
  (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and product management best practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bring creative product ideas and perspectives.
• Certifications in Product Management (Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, etc.) are a plus.
