Role Description

The Process Associate for US Accounting will handle daily accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with US financial regulations and standards. This full-time, on-site role is located in Noida. Key responsibilities include managing financial records, performing reconciliations, preparing financial statements, and providing excellent customer service to US-based clients. The role requires close collaboration with other team members to deliver accurate and timely accounting support.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Excellent Communication abilities
  • Experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Familiarity with US accounting standards is a plus
  • Accounting software like QBO and Xero knowledge will be advantage
