What We're Looking For:

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals for the roles of
Process Associate
and
Senior Process Associate
in
US Accounting
. If you're a fresher or have up to 2 years of experience and are looking to build a strong career in accounting with exposure to global clients, we'd love to hear from you


Key Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of
    QuickBooks Online (QBO)
    and
    Xero
  • Good understanding of
    US Accounting principles
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Accounting, Finance
    , or related field
  • Accounting certifications (preferred but not mandatory)


Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookkeeping and accounting tasks for US-based clients
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QBO/Xero
  • Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with clients as needed
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of work
