Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day US accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, maintain accruals, and handle month-end / year-end closing.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in compliance.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Handle payroll processing in line with US payroll regulations.
  • Reconcile inter company transactions and balance sheets.
  • Coordinate with US clients/vendors and resolve queries effectively.
  • Use accounting software such as QuickBooks.
  • Provide support to management with financial analysis and forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors / Master's degree.

  • 2–5 years of experience in US Accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of Quikbooks.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.

Preferred:

  • Experience in working with a US-based company or clients.
