Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive full-time Accountant to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on international accounting projects with clients based in the US, UK, Canada, and various European countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage client financial records accurately
  • Handle invoicing, payment reminders, collections, and reconciliation
  • Assist in annual filings, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks
  • Communicate with clients via email and phone for updates and clarifications
  • Work on cloud-based accounting tools and software
  • Support the senior team in ensuring compliance with international standards

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
  • Good English communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Confidence in telecalling or client follow-ups
  • Knowledge of US accounting practices and software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or Zoho Books is a big plus
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple clients/accounts
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Local candidates will be strongly preferred (This is an in-office role only)
