Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support overall business accounting processes. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally, Microsoft Office, and have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, document filing, and e-commerce order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record, update, and maintain daily financial transactions in Tally ERP.
  • Prepare and manage ledgers, journals, and reconciliation statements.
  • Perform accurate bookkeeping and ensure timely entries for all income and expenses.
  • Handle physical filing and organisation of financial and administrative documents.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
  • Support e-commerce order processing, including order verification, invoicing, payment tracking, and coordination with logistics partners.
  • Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of reports.
  • Manage data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and auditors as required.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting policies and relevant financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Accountant or Accounts Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP (latest version).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting procedures.
  • Ability to manage physical and digital document filing systems efficiently.
  • Experience handling e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) preferred.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
