Roles and responsibilities of Marketing Associate: * Create digital marketing implementation schedules.  * Promote Fello's products and services on various social media channels.  * Build a digital marketing strategy and execute it through competitive and audience research.  * Optimize company pages with each social media platform to increase the company's social content visibility.  * Achieve audience engagement and website traffic by working on all digital marketing aspects of our social media. * Manage and maintain the company's owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.  * Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms. Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social). * Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms. * Conduct research on market trends, brand's audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.  * Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.  * Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team. 
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience: * Prior experience in B2C Tech/ FinTech platforms. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field. * Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist of 2-3 years. * Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge. * Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major social media channels. * Positive attitude, a passion for building business, and a great social media game.
