Role Overview

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven
SEO Specialist
with a deep understanding of both
search algorithms
and
finance audiences
. Your job will be to help our content, tools, and app rank where it matters most—Google.

You'll work closely with the content, tech, and marketing teams to grow
organic traffic
,
search visibility
, and
domain authority
across core financial topics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    SEO strategies tailored for the financial domain (stocks, mutual funds, IPOs, etc.)
  • Optimize blog content
    , landing pages, and financial reports for search intent
  • Perform
    keyword research
    with a deep understanding of user journeys in investing/trading
  • Build and manage
    backlinking strategies
    through finance forums, PR, and authority partnerships
  • Conduct
    SEO audits
    regularly and drive actionable fixes (technical + content)
  • Monitor
    rankings, CTRs, crawl errors,
    and user flow using Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement
    on-page and technical SEO enhancements
  • Stay updated with
    Google algo changes
    and SEO trends in the BFSI space

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of SEO experience, with at least 1 year in the
    finance or fintech domain
  • Strong command over
    Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
    , etc.
  • Proven track record of driving
    organic growth for finance content/products
  • Basic understanding of
    stock markets, investing, trading terms
  • Familiar with
    content clusters
    ,
    topic authority
    , and
    E-E-A-T principles
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with tech, content, and marketing teams
  • Bonus: Knowledge of
    schema markup, Core Web Vitals
    , or experience in app store SEO (ASO)
