Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Power Plant Designer located in Bhubaneswar. The Solar Power Plant Designer will be responsible for designing solar power systems, creating detailed layouts, analyzing site conditions, producing technical documentation, and collaborating with engineering teams. Daily tasks include conducting site assessments, preparing project proposals, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other solar design software
  • Strong understanding of solar power principles, system layouts, and electrical diagrams
  • Experience in site assessment, data collection, and analysis
  • Knowledge of local and national codes and regulations related to solar power installations
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Experience with project management and customer coordination is a plus
