Techradiance is a leading Coding & Robotics education provider, empowering schools with innovative STEM, AI, and Robotics labs. We are on a mission to create tomorrow's innovators by making children creators of technology instead of just consumers.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated professional with experience in the EdTech or School Outreach industry. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with school principals and decision-makers, inviting them to participate in our prestigious EduLeader Summit of Schools, and building long-term relationships for future collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach school principals, directors, and decision-makers via calls, visits, and networking.
- Present the vision and benefits of the EduLeader Summit.
- Generate confirmed participation and registrations from schools.
- Maintain records of outreach and follow-ups.
- Represent Techradiance professionally during meetings and events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in EdTech sales / school outreach / B2B education sales.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with school leaders.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork.
- Graduation or higher in any discipline.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
