
Project Management Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee client projects from onboarding and requirement gathering through successful delivery and ongoing support. This role will serve as the central link between clients, developers, and management, ensuring that projects are executed with clarity, efficiency, and transparency.
Unlike traditional coordination roles, this position requires a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate must have previously worked as a Tester or Full Stack Developer (ReactJS, , PHP Laravel) to ensure a deeper understanding of development workflows, quality assurance, and system integrations.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Onboarding & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Lead onboarding sessions: gather requirements, align expectations, and define workflows.
- Provide regular progress updates (minimum weekly).
- Manage post-delivery communication, including support, issue resolution, and upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Translate client requirements into technically feasible tasks for developers.
- Assign, track, and follow up on deliverables across backend, frontend, and cloud teams.
- Use project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or equivalent) to organize and monitor tasks.
- Conduct weekly alignment meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Escalate potential delays, risks, or dependencies to management in a timely manner.
Documentation & SOPs
- Maintain structured documentation: requirements, SOWs, change requests, and handover notes.
- Follow SOPs for onboarding, delivery, and support processes.
- Maintain records of credentials, workflows, and API mappings for all projects.
Support & Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with developers to resolve client issues within agreed SLAs.
- Perform basic debugging (frontend/backend/API) before escalation.
- Track open issues, response times, and proactively share updates with clients.
Metrics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly progress reports for management.
- Track SLA adherence, delivery timelines, and client satisfaction levels.
- Support management in post-project analysis and process improvements.
Required Skills & CompetenciesPrior Experience (Mandatory)
- Worked as a Tester or Full Stack Developer with hands-on exposure to ReactJS, , and PHP Laravel (minimum 1–2 years).
- Practical knowledge of debugging, QA, deployment, and integrations.
Coordination Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, delivery, or client servicing within IT/software companies.
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi; international exposure is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Calm under pressure, proactive in escalation management.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with web apps, APIs, CRMs, and cloud environments.
- Ability to understand system architecture, workflows, and integrations.
Tools & Platforms Familiarity
- Project Management: Jira, ClickUp, Trello (or equivalent).
- Documentation: Confluence, Notion, Google Docs/Sheets.
- Communication: Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.
- CRMs & Integrations: Familiarity preferred (training provided).
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- 100% onboarding requirements documented before development handover.
- 90%+ tasks logged and tracked in the project management tool.
- Weekly client updates consistently delivered.
- SLA adherence: first response within 2 hours during business hours.
- On-time delivery for 90%+ project milestones.
- Positive client satisfaction feedback and support for renewal/upsell opportunities.
