Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing phone etiquette, and improving the overall customer experience. The specialist will address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
