The Opportunity
We're seeking an organised and personable Administrative Coordinator to join our expanding team remotely from India. This is a fantastic work-from-home opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of contact for both clients and our driver team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with onboarded clients, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction
- Driver Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for our drivers, managing schedules and maintaining strong working relationships
- Quote Generation: Prepare and provide accurate quotations for potential and existing clients based on their moving requirements
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Communication Hub: Liaise between clients, drivers, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Confidence in providing quotes and handling client enquiries
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home
- Availability to work UK business hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM UK TIme (7:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST)
Desirable:
- Previous experience in logistics, moving industry, or customer service
- Familiarity with UK market and business practices
- Experience with WhatsApp Business and email management
- Background in sales or client relationship management
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: ₹10,000 per month
- Commission: Very attractive commission structure on successful bookings and client retention
