About the Role:
Netra Events LLP is inviting applications for the position of Executive – Business Development. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about events, sales, and relationship management. You will play a key role in selling exhibition space, managing sponsorships, and building strategic partnerships.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting – Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and attending relevant events.
Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and providing tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations and Proposals – Create and deliver impactful presentations that communicate the value and ROI of participating in our events.
Contract Negotiation and Closing – Finalize sales deals, negotiate terms, and ensure mutual agreement while aligning with company goals.
On-Ground Event Support – Support exhibitor logistics, booth coordination, and provide on-site assistance during events.
Market Research and Insight – Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities.
Internal Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, operations, and event teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
Who Should Apply:
Experience – Prior sales or business development experience in events, exhibitions, or Hotel sales is preferred.
Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
Sales Skills – Confident in prospecting, negotiation, and deal closure.
Relationship Building – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term client trust.
Organised & Proactive – Capable of managing multiple accounts, working under pressure, and delivering results.
Tech Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and virtual communication platforms.
