As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at First Coat India, you will drive sales and expand our market presence by engaging with architects, developers, contractors, and project managers. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our range of premium surface solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into clients by promoting our product offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, offering tailored solutions and ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Market Strategy: Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and contribute to sales strategy development.
  • Partnerships: Develop partnerships with dealers and contractors to expand our distribution network and increase sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and monitor project progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or interior design industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly interior solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
