About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager Project Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for our residential real estate projects in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring all marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, generate leads, and support sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each residential project.

  • Position the project effectively in the market, highlighting USPs and value proposition.

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and ROI on campaigns.

  • Campaign Management

  • Drive digital marketing campaigns, offline activations, print media, OOH, and BTL activities.

  • Coordinate with agencies for creative, media planning, and campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum impact.

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Design and execute lead generation strategies across digital and offline channels.

  • Support sales team by ensuring quality leads and relevant marketing collaterals.

  • Track and analyze lead funnel data to improve conversion ratios.

  • Branding & Communication

  • Develop all project-related marketing collaterals brochures, videos, presentations, microsites, etc.

  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all customer touchpoints.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine positioning.

  • Events & Engagement

  • Plan and execute launch events, site activations, channel partner meets, and customer engagement events.

  • Work closely with sales and CRM teams for seamless execution.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred) / Graduate with relevant marketing experience.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in real estate project marketing / property marketing.
  • Strong exposure to Mumbai real estate market and consumer insights.
  • understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google, Meta, SEO/SEM) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.
