Market Risk Change Project Manager Job

This role involves managing medium to large-scale Market Risk Change projects in International Change, collaborating with local and regional stakeholders to deliver on project goals, and independently overseeing projects throughout their lifecycle.

  • Develop test management processes for complex projects (test strategy, user acceptance testing, test plans)
  • Plan project milestones and create project reports (weekly updates, monthly status updates)
  • Support business stakeholders with solution requirements and programs
  • Collaborate with technology, risk management, and front office teams to improve product and service delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of capital market products and derivatives across asset classes
  • Good knowledge of the Market Risk domain with experience in computation of risk measures (VaR, IRC, ES) and risk reporting
  • Skilled in data analysis and data modeling for risk measure computation
  • Understanding of Basel norms and E2E systems delivery lifecycle
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and database solutions (SQL, Python)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage ambiguity
  • Excellent understanding of best practice approaches to functional testing
