Job Title: Content Strategist & Manager

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Experience: 3-4 years (preferably in financial services, broking, or related industries)

Qualification: Graduate

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Strategist & Manager who will lead the planning, creation, and promotion of engaging content to enhance mastertrusts brand presence, drive client engagement, and support business growth across our broking products and financial services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product & Client-Focused Content

* Develop content strategies to promote new and existing broking products.

* Create impactful video scripts, articles, and communication material for clients and prospects.

* Simplify complex financial products into easy-to-understand, engaging content.

* Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure accurate, detailed product knowledge is conveyed through all content.

  1. Marketing & Digital Engagement

* Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to plan and publish updated content across all platforms.

* Manage and grow mastertrust's social media presence — increase followers, engagement, and overall visibility.

* Lead email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships and enhance conversions.

  1. Internal Content & Training

* Develop training modules for sales teams to strengthen product understanding and sales communication.

* Create and regularly update sales pitches and marketing collaterals for both offline and online offerings.

* Draft internal communication guidelines — including email etiquette, messaging tone, and brand consistency.

  1. Brand Building & Growth

* Strengthen mastertrust's overall digital presence and positioning as a trusted financial brand.

* Work towards measurable growth in online engagement, brand recognition, and client outreach.

* Innovate new content formats and storytelling ideas to connect with a diverse audience base.

* Strong command over written and verbal communication in English.

* Proven experience in financial content creation, digital marketing, or brand strategy.

* Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into engaging content.

* Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.

* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
