About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Business Executive to assist in setting up, launching, and managing our new online business on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who understands the e-commerce ecosystem and is capable of handling end-to-end business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up seller accounts on e-commerce platforms.
  • Manage product listing: uploading product details, images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Coordinate with designers and photographers for product content (if needed).
  • Optimize product listings for better visibility and conversion.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, pricing updates, and stock alerts.
  • Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and returns.
  • Track daily sales, customer feedback, and platform performance.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks on seller dashboards.
  • Coordinate with customer support for query resolution.
  • Provide reports and insights for business growth and performance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce or digital retail business preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce operations: listing, pricing, shipping, returns.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, basic image editing (a plus).
  • Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and seller compliance (a plus).
