About the Role

We're looking for an experienced QA Tester
with strong expertise in
software testing within GxP/GMP-regulated life sciences environments
.

If you have hands-on experience with
Veeva Vault
and a deep understanding of
software validation, system compliance, and regulatory testing
for pharma, biotech, or medical device domains — this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform
    manual, automation, and API testing
    across Veeva Vault modules (CDMS, CTMS, CRM, QMS, QualityDocs, PromoMats).
  • Develop and execute
    test cases, scripts, and validation documentation
    as per
    GxP/GMP
    guidelines.
  • Participate in
    system validation, regression, integration, and UAT testing
    .
  • Ensure adherence to
    FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, GAMP 5
    , and
    ICH
    standards.
  • Support
    audits
    and maintain
    traceable validation documentation
    .

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of QA experience in GxP/GMP-regulated life sciences environments
.

Strong understanding of
Veeva Vault platforms
(CDMS, CTMS, CRM, QMS, etc.).

Expertise in
system validation
and
testing documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ)
.

Familiar with
API testing, ETL validation
, and
automation tools
.

Sound knowledge of
regulatory frameworks
– FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, EU GMP Annex 11.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Veeva Vault configuration or integrations
.

Knowledge of
clinical study design
or
data migration
.


ISTQB certification
(preferred).
