Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a Quality Assurance Specialist (Fresher). The selected candidate will perform daily tasks such as monitoring the quality of processes, conducting tests to identify issues, implementing quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with standards. They will work alongside the development team to refine product functionalities and contribute to maintaining product quality across projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices
  • Knowledge of Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Basic understanding of Quality Auditing
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field)
