Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Specialist role based in Indore. The Quality Specialist will manage day-to-day quality assurance and auditing processes, ensuring adherence to standards and compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting quality control checks, analyzing operations to identify areas for improvement, and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams to enhance overall performance. The role supports the organization's commitment to providing exceptional service through systematic evaluation and implementation of quality measures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance practices
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills to recognize and address areas requiring improvement
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination with teams and ensuring clarity in quality standards
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to implement process-driven approaches
  • Experience in a quality-focused role or within a similar operational framework
  • Relevant certifications in quality management or control are a plus
  • Proficiency in industry-relevant tools and technology will be advantageous
